Every Tear

There are times I feel I’m on a merry go round, spinning fast and out of control and other times just a slow spin, a spin so slow I have the ability to jump off, but I become hesitant, handicapped with fear, fear of the unknown. Or I’m just too tired to get off. Many of days I find myself in a pool of tears of feeling lost, uncertain of the days ahead, hurt from others or myself for that matter. I wrote a poem with the first few lines being: If I could paint the words of my heart, they would be the clearest of blue to represent the tears that continuously flow from my eyes.
This week I found myself having one of those days, ok it was more than one, and this morning was one of them. But today was different, as I was driving home from the store, I was reminded of Psalm 56:8 it says: You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book (NLT). This verse reminded me that although each hour,

each day, brings uncertainties I can rest in God’s arms knowing He has heard my prayers, my cries, and seen my tears. His plans are for me to prosper and to give me hope. No matter the outcome or finished result I must remain steadfast, believing that He knows and will do what is best.
If you’re ever on a merry go round or find yourself in a pool of tears like me, remember God is there with you through the dizziness and sticky tissues. Allow yourself to be wrapped in His sweet presence and love which surpasses all understanding. Because He can do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think, according to the power that works in you and one day soon you will soar on wings like an eagle.
Blessings & Love,
